Make regional products stand out with a cardboard John Deere tractor

PLUS Montfort is committed to local engagement and strengthening regional products. To give those products a little extra attention in the store, there was a need for a presentation that stands out immediately and supports the story of the region. Shop Direct was asked to take on that challenge: how do you turn regional products into a real draw on the shop floor?

From concept to crowd-puller

Together, we developed an idea that highlights both the agricultural character of the region and the local origin of the products. The result: a life-size John Deere tractor, made entirely of cardboard. A recognizable symbol that instantly evokes associations with farm life, while also serving as a playful eye-catcher that draws customers to the shelf.

Custom work down to the smallest details

Our studio designed the tractor fully custom-made, from the cab to the wheels. The goal was a shape that stays as close as possible to the real model, but made from sturdy, lightweight, recyclable cardboard. That makes the display not only sustainable, but also practical: easy to move, quick to set up, and ideal for changing in-store promotions.

Maximum impact, minimal footprint

This tractor clearly shows how creativity and sustainability can reinforce each other. Instead of materials like PVC or metal frames, we deliberately chose cardboard. The result is a striking presentation with a “green” character and after the campaign, the display can be fully recycled through the paper stream.
