Our exhibition stand, built entirely from cardboard, surprised visitors from every angle. The absolute eye-catcher? An impressive 6-meter-high Dutch windmill, whose blades were actually rotating. It led to amazed looks, enthusiastic reactions and, most importantly, many great conversations.

Visitors could hardly believe that everything they saw, from construction to finishing, was made entirely of cardboard. The combination of creativity, sustainability and Dutch design made a lasting impression.

The start of our 50th anniversary

The trade fair also marked the festive start of Holbox’s 50th anniversary. Under the theme “50 years of innovation, powered by Dutch design”, we celebrated half a century of Dutch innovation in cardboard displays.

Over the past 50 years, Holbox has grown into a leading specialist in creative and sustainable display solutions. At EuroShop 2026 we showed exactly what we stand for: innovation, craftsmanship and impact on the shop floor.

With many visitors to our stand, inspiring meetings and overwhelmingly positive reactions, we look back on a very successful week at the fair.

In short: a successful start to our anniversary year and a trade fair participation we are proud of.
