The aim of the collaboration is to elevate the online experience for Holbox’s customers, ensuring that the distinctive innovative and stimulating appearance of Holbox's displays is also visible and palpable online.

After a series of discussions, Holbox, known for its sustainable custom display solutions, chose Happy Horizon in the first quarter of 2024. Happy Horizon will ensure a seamless integration between Holbox's website and webshop. Matthijs Idema, Account Director at Happy Horizon, explains: “Holbox is a wonderful family business with a drive for innovation, sustainability, and a focus on customer experience. You can't miss their displays and POS materials in the supermarket. We want to create the same impact online by seamlessly integrating their website and webshop. This will help Holbox take the next step in achieving their ambitious online growth goals.”

For this project, Happy Horizon will use Magento 2 (open source) and the in-house developed Horizon Storefront. The project includes redesigning and further developing the existing website and webshop, which will ultimately be transformed into a headless and composable commerce setup.
