New Zünd plotter installation in progress
Zünd Systemtechnik AG is currently hard at work installing a new automatic plotter, a state-of-the-art plotter for digital cutting.
A few of its unique features at a glance:
It is possible to read the data from the printed QR codes, so that different jobs within a single stack are recognized and processed.
This plotter can efficiently process materials with a thickness of up to 110 mm.
Cutting, creasing or perforating. For each job, these three different techniques can be used without having to interrupt the ongoing production to change tools.
The cut sheets are stacked precisely on the pallet by the conveyor belt of the delivery unit.
Week 1
After we had completed all the preparations for the installation of the Zünd plotter, we could finally get started! In this first week, we worked hard to install the base of the machine.
Week 2
In the second week, the plotter was fully assembled. Everything has been neatly installed and a safety fence has been placed around it. The plotter is now ready to be tested!
