FSC and PEFC

In order to demonstrate that we use sustainable raw materials, we are certified by the two leading non-profit organisations in the field of sustainability and responsible forest management: FSC® and PEFC. Both organisations are committed to combating the large-scale destruction of forests and are supported by well-known environmental organisations such as WWF and Greenpeace. Thanks to these certifications, we are able to produce 100% FSC® and PEFC certified displays.

Forest Stewardship Council®

The quality mark was developed when it became clear that deforestation was becoming an increasing problem. Forests were poorly managed or even disappeared completely to make way for agriculture, mining or cattle breeding.

Today, over 220 million hectares of forest are FSC-certified worldwide. That is more than fifty (!) times the size of the Netherlands. And all these forests have one thing in common: the forests still exists and are managed with respect for the people and animals that depend on them. This is possible because we all buy FSC products. FSC wood and FSC paper products enables the forest manager to give the forest and its inhabitants a future!

Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification

PEFC was founded in 1999 by various organisations from 11 European countries that are committed to promoting sustainable forest management. The countries were supported by representatives of more than 15 million forest owners.

Since 2004, PEFC has become a global organisation with national members spread across all continents. Currently, there are members from more than 50 countries, including the Netherlands.

The comprehensive set of requirements of the PEFC label guarantees that the sustainability requirements of the client are met in all areas. This way, you can be sure that the forest also remains forest, biodiversity is maintained, the water and soil quality remains good and people can do their work safely and with good working conditions.
